Legal and privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective version: 26 August 2026. This policy applies to ADJODO websites, dashboards, tracking services and support workflows. Read it with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, advertiser and publisher profile details, campaign configuration, tracking and conversion events, support communications, security logs, device and network information, and payment references needed to operate ADJODO. We do not intentionally store complete card credentials; payment providers process those details under their own policies.

Publisher verification, KYC, bank and tax information may be collected where needed for fraud prevention, contracting or payouts. Sensitive values are restricted to authorised workflows and protected storage.

Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, attribute traffic, validate conversions, calculate advertiser charges and publisher earnings, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, reconcile partner reports and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled until the visitor grants the relevant cookie choice. Necessary authentication and security storage does not depend on optional consent.

Sharing and processors

Information may be shared only as needed with payment providers, hosting and email providers, attribution or fraud-prevention services, connected campaign partners, professional advisers and authorities where disclosure is legally required. A campaign partner receives only the identifiers and event information required for the configured integration.

We do not describe personal information as being sold. If a future product changes this position, the policy and applicable choices must be updated before that processing begins.

Retention and security

Records are kept only for the operational, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, tax and legal periods that apply to them. Deletion requests may not remove records that must be preserved for payment reconciliation, security evidence or a legal obligation.

ADJODO uses access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials, audit records, backups and monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security; report a suspected compromise immediately and never send passwords, OTP codes or complete payment credentials to support.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information associated with your account. You can change optional cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings control.

Submit a request through Contact or email legal@adjodo.com from the account email. Include the relevant account or public ID and the request type, but no password or OTP. We may verify identity before acting and will explain when a record must be retained.

Updates and contact

Material changes receive a new effective version. Where law or the nature of the change requires it, affected users will be asked to consent again rather than being silently marked as accepting the new version.

Privacy questions and grievances can be sent to legal@adjodo.com or supportadjodo@gmail.com, or submitted through the Contact page.

Legal notice: this page documents the current product and operational controls. Final jurisdiction-specific wording, lawful bases and retention periods must be approved by qualified legal counsel before Production release.
