Platform agreement

Terms of Service

Effective version: 26 August 2026. By creating an account or using ADJODO, you agree to these rules and the role-specific commercial terms you explicitly accept. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, be legally able and authorised to act for the stated person or organisation, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorised access. Admin, advertiser and publisher permissions may be limited according to verification, security and compliance status.

Campaigns and tracking

Advertisers must be authorised to promote every destination, creative and offer, provide accurate targeting and tracking details, and comply with platform and applicable-law requirements. Campaign approval or delivery does not guarantee installs, sales, revenue or another business result. ADJODO records and verified partner reports are used for attribution and calculation, subject to documented correction or dispute.

Funding, charges and refunds

Advertisers fund ordinary campaigns before spend unless ADJODO expressly enables a managed or Super Admin commercial arrangement. Wallet deposits, taxes, gateway fees, reserved campaign budget, actual spend and refunds are separate ledger events. Unspent cleared funds may be eligible for refund after payment, chargeback and reconciliation checks; consumed spend and amounts required by law or payment-provider rules may not be refundable.

Publisher earnings and review

A publisher receives the payout, review period, payable event and payment cycle shown in the accepted campaign offer or contract. Earnings remain under review until validation completes and become withdrawable only after approval, KYC and minimum-payout conditions. Fraudulent, duplicate, reversed or contractually invalid conversions may be rejected or reversed with an auditable reason.

Prohibited activity

Malware, deceptive creatives, unlawful content, artificial clicks or conversions, unauthorised incentivised traffic, credential sharing, tracking manipulation, sanctions evasion, privacy violations and attempts to bypass fraud or security controls are prohibited. Users must follow campaign-specific traffic restrictions and disclose material traffic sources accurately.

Reviews, suspension and evidence

ADJODO may pause delivery, hold a conversion for review, restrict a payout or suspend access when security, payment, legal or traffic-quality evidence reasonably requires it. The platform should preserve relevant audit records and provide the affected party with the available reason and review route, except where disclosure would compromise security or violate law.

Disputes and support

Raise a documented dispute through the dashboard or Contact page with the campaign, conversion or transaction identifier and supporting evidence. Parties should allow ADJODO to investigate before starting an external chargeback. Payment-provider deadlines and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

Service changes and responsibility

Features, integrations and availability may change, and third-party networks, payment services and attribution providers remain responsible for their own systems. Nothing on this page excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any final limitations of liability, governing-law clause or jurisdiction clause require approved entity-specific legal wording.

Contact and policy updates

Questions can be submitted through Contact or sent to legal@adjodo.com. Material changes receive a new version and, where required, an explicit re-consent flow.

Legal notice: this operational draft must receive entity, jurisdiction, tax and liability review from qualified legal counsel/accounting advisers before Production release.
